When can I access the camping fields?

The campsite opens Thursday 18th July @ 1200hrs-2000hrs to give you an extra day to set up and settle in. Please do not arrive after 2000hrs as you cannot be checked in.

Campers are welcome to check in to our campsite at the following times over the weekend;
Friday 19th July – 0900hrs – 2100hrs
Saturday 20th July – 0900hrs – 2100hrs
Sunday 21st July – 1000hrs – 2030hrs

Campers need to vacate by 1700hrs on Monday 22nd July 2024.

What time does the arena open?

Friday 19th July – 1200hrs – 0000hrs Saturday 20th July – 1200hrs – 0000hrs Sunday 21st July – 1200hrs – 2100hrs

Is it OK to bring a caravan, motorhome or Trailer Tent?

Yes absolutely fine. However, if your motorhome is a very large model, we would recommend you contact us first so we can make provisions. Please make sure you have booked your Live In Vehicle pass via our ticket site in addition to your entrance tickets. Your car parking ticket is included in your Live in Vehicle ticket.

Is the campsite lit at night?

There will be tower lights in the camping area which will run during the times of darkness. However we would also recommend you bring torches.

Are there toilets available 24hrs?

Yes, there are toilets on site, which will be serviced on the Saturday and Sunday morning. Your own supply of toilet paper would be recommended.

Are there waste facilities for caravans and campervans?

Yes. There is chemical waste disposal on site and will be sign posted.

Are there shower facilities?

Yes. Hot showers are available within the campsite which are included in your ticket price

Is there a water supply available?

Yes. There are water points in the camping area and the arena.

What facilities are available for disabled individuals?

There will be disabled toilets in the arena and campsite. There will also be designated parking.

Can you provide a power hook-up?

No. Mains power is not available in the camping area.

Can I park where I camp?

No parking in the camping field. You will be directed to the camping car park, where you will then need to unload and walk to the campsite in the next field. Please don’t forget to purchase your car parking ticket below...

Can I pitch my tent anywhere?

No. You will be shown where to pitch.

Do I need to pitch my glamping tent?

Victoria Lily will have your tent erected and set up for your arrival. You can book your glamping tent at the same time as your festival tickets. Purchase below.

Can we have BBQs and fire pits in the camping area?

BBQ’s are all part and parcel of a festival and away to enjoy the company of your fellow campers so yes we do but it must be off the grass either on legs or blocks and attended at all times. Please make sure once finished with they are extinguished properly.

We do not allow fire pits, flares, fireworks, Chinese lanterns, etc. For you own safety we will have stewards and security patrolling throughout that weekend. Please note we reserve the right to ban the use of BBQ’s at any time should we deem it a safety concern.

Is the campsite secure?

Security guards and Stewards will patrol the site throughout the day and night. However, we cannot guarantee the security of your camping equipment, vehicle or personal belongings.

Can I take alcohol into the arena?

No. We have a licensed bar on site which serves an excellent range of real ales, such as Long Man Best Bitter and Crafty Blonde. Ciders, Appleshed and Magners for example and a range of lagers, Corona, Stella Artois, Budweiser and Beck's Vier. There will be spirits, wine and Prosecco available, as well as non-alcoholic drinks. There will be amnesty bins at the point of entry and you will be asked to surrender any illegal substances, weapons or alcohol in your possession.

Can I take a picnic into the arena?

No. We have a variety of good quality street food vendors available varying from Pizza to Gourmet Burgers. There will be hot drink suppliers and ice creams available. More detailed list of suppliers to follow.

Will there be waste disposal bins on site?

Yes. We will have large skips available in the campsites and wheelie bins in the arena. We would ask that you are respectful and use the bins and remove your waste when you vacate the camping area and arena. The bins will be emptied as and when required.

Are you a dog-friendly festival?

Yes. However please be mindful the festival has grown substantially so if your dog is of a nervous disposition it might not be the best enviroment for them.We would ask that you keep your dog on a lead at all times in the arena and camping area. Please make sure you clear up any mess left by your dog and it is disposed of in the appropriate bins.

What can I bring?

Food & Drink Camping ticket holders can bring a reasonable amount of food and drink for personal consumption into the campsite only e.g. 1 case of 18 beer/lager/cider or up to 1ltr of spirits or 3 bottles of wine You must bring in your food and alcohol on initial entry You will ask be asked to leave excess quantities outside the event. You will not be allowed to bring in glass bottles of any kind. No food or drink can be taken into the main festival arena. However, we do allow sealed bottles of water up to 750ml and empty unsealed bottles can be brought in to be refilled at the water points. No glass is allowed anywhere on site, including in Campervans or Caravans. Please decant into plastic containers before you leave home. The legal age to bring alcohol into the festival is 18+. There is an ID check on entry and any alcohol will be taken off you if you are found to be underage.

What age can I attend without an adult?

You need to be 16yrs + and you are required to purchase an adult ticket. Children 5 – 15yrs purchase a child’s ticket. Children 0 – 4 years old entry is free. Ticket still required for under 5’s. This can be added at the time of purchasing your tickets. All children from 0 – 15 Years old must be accompanied by an adult.
